What You'll Earn
- Up to £44,252 basic salary (subject to shift pattern)
- OTE up to £52,680 (shift premiums & incentives)
- Shift premiums: £10 per shift (starts 12:00-19:59), £15 per shift (starts 20:00-03:59)
- Weekend premiums: £1,030/year for Saturdays or Sundays, £2,060/year for both
- Compensation paid after 11 hours
- Night out allowance
- Overtime available if you can work extra shifts
The Role
- You’ll be driving modern vehicles, delivering for some of the UK’s best-known brands:
- Delivering palletised goods to regional RDCs
- Collecting palletised stock from local and regional suppliers
- Regular trunking between Culina group sites
- Minimal handball
- Occasional nights out
- Shift patterns available: 5 ON 3 OFF, 4 ON 4 OFF days or nights, giving you better work-life balance.
