We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join our friendly Doncaster team. As a Transport Administrator you will be working alongside the transport team responsible for providing on-site operational and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Checking-in and checking-out registration of drivers
- Despatching drivers and completing key documentation
- Efficiently and accurately despatching drivers with all relevant paperwork
- Completing customer and Stobart KPIs where required
- Inputting trailer details into the internal tracking system
- Monitoring the service board to ensure the correct week number is on the correct trailer for depot trailers
- Liaising with drivers on the gate communication system to make them aware of site procedures before entering site, when required
- Completing all daily tasks for compliance purposes
- Ensuring manning levels are updated & correct
- Downloading vehicle & driver digital tachographs as per requirement
- Transport System management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within an Administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and time management techniques to balance priorities effectively
- Flexibility, articulate and able to cope under pressure
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages
- High level of attention to detail
