Key Accountabilities:
- Correctly debriefing drivers
- Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly
- Scanning and storing PODs using Culinas document management system
- Preparing drivers wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information
- Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required
- Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries
- Downloading drivers cards / tachographs
- Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services
- Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets
- Departing loads using Transport Management System (TMS)
- Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads
