Due to continued growth, our Bardon site is now recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will monitor and report stock movements to customers, offering outstanding support and customer service in a fast-paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.
Key Duties of a Customer Service Administrator:
- Creating and communicating all Customer reports and monitoring systems.
- Resolving customer queries, providing PODs, and interrogating system discrepancies.
- Liaising with Stock Team to resolve system issues.
- Gathering data and reporting site financials on a daily and weekly basis.
- Compiling data for Customer Account Manager in preparation for reviews.
- Maintaining and tracking empty pallet movements for all customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Covering for Customer Services Manager.
- Liaising with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
- Other duties as reasonably required.
Qualifications:
- Considerable experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Passion for delivery of excellent customer service within an ever-growing business.
- Fantastic written and verbal communications, able to adapt the communication style to meet different situations.
- Ability to use and interrogate WMS systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Excel at Intermediate or above.
- Ability to work using own initiative and manage own workload.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
