Culina Group Limited’s IPS division seeks a confident Production Line Leader for our Sherburn-in-Elmet site in Yorkshire.
You will lead a fast-paced line, ensure safety, meet targets, and drive continuous improvement on daily output.
The role is permanent, Monday to Friday 06:00–14:00 with occasional 14:00–22:00 shifts.
You’ll manage stock movement, coach a team and collaborate with agency controllers to optimise productivity and ensure GMP compliance across the operation.
