Flexible location across Culina Group sites We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a highly visible, fast-paced, multi-site role where you will partner with senior stakeholders and General Managers to drive the people agenda across your region. Working closely with the wider HR team, you will also act as a floating HRBP , providing support to other HR Business Partners on key business projects, change programmes, and operational priorities across the network. This role offers exposure to a variety of business areas, including our ports and planning network operations, making it an excellent opportunity to broaden your HR experience. You will also have access to development opportunities through SAP and other learning platforms. Due to the nature of the role, extensive trade union and industrial relations experience is essential , along with strong stakeholder management skills and a data-driven approach. Regular travel between sites will be required. Partner with General Managers and senior stakeholders to provide strategic and operational HR support. Support the delivery of the Group-wide HR strategy across multiple business units. Foster a positive employee relations culture by developing trusted relationships with managers, employees, and employee representatives. Support managers in navigating people-related matters, providing coaching, guidance, and strategic HR advice in partnership with the Employee Relations team. Support the development and delivery of people plans across multiple sites. Lead and support organisational change initiatives. Influence and implement HR policies and processes that support business objectives. Ensure performance management processes are effective and consistently applied. Lead and support TUPE activities. Analyse HR data and provide insights to support business decision-making. Provide support to fellow HR Business Partners on projects and key business initiatives as required. Partner with business leaders to drive engagement, organisational effectiveness, and positive employee outcomes across multiple sites. Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment. Strong trade union and industrial relations experience (essential). Confident influencing, coaching, and challenging senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using HR data to drive decision-making. Experience supporting organisational change, consultation processes, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Flexible and adaptable approach with a willingness to travel regularly across the Culina network.
