You will report to the Transport Manager and help shape short to long-term resource plans, ensuring KPI targets and legal compliance are met.
The role is full time, 4 on 4 off nights (18:00–06:00) with a salary of £38,000 per annum.
You will oversee dispatch, driver performance, safety policies, and depot audits to drive continuous improvement.
