Warrens is recruiting a Continuous Improvement (CI) Practitioner to manage the site CI plan and act as PMO for the site, supporting the Operational Excellence Strategy. You will drive changes across safety, quality, cost, delivery and people, engaging colleagues and leading small projects.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role involves facilitating change, coaching teams on CI, and ensuring processes remain compliant and effective. Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
