Culcheth High School is seeking an experienced Pastoral Student Support Officer to join the Pastoral & Inclusion team.

You will work with targeted groups to develop, nurture and improve behaviour, attainment, attendance, uniform and punctuality, supporting class teachers and leading small group work.

You will engage with staff, parents and external agencies to remove barriers to learning, undertake home visits if required, and act as an inspirational role model for students.
