Culbert Ellis in London is seeking an experienced financial services regulatory solicitor to join our litigation and investigations practice. The role focuses on FCA investigations, AML, internal investigations, market abuse and regulatory enforcement, with a portable following and senior client relationships.
You will work alongside our business crime and civil recovery team, advising firms, directors and MLROs and, if appropriate, taking a lead on cross-border matters.
