About the Cuillin Hills Hotel: The Cuillin Hills is a small, family run hotel situated in the heart of Portree, on the Isle of Skye. The Hotel is surrounded by 15 acres of private grounds all of which looks out to one of the most breath-taking views Scotland has to offer. Responsibilities may include some of the following:
- Housekeeping – bedroom changeovers, making bed, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning communal area, dusting, hoovering, mopping
- Food and Beverage – taking orders, greeting guests, running food/drink, cash handling, clearing and setting tables
- Kitchen Porter – Emptying bins, helping keep kitchen clean/tidy, cleaning the crockery, pots/pans, putting everything away in an orderly fashion
- Night Porter (additional pay for night shifts) – Checking guests in/out, setting up for breakfast, general cleaning of hotel communal areas, hotel security
Skills/Qualities Required:
- Experience is preferred, although not essential as full training will be provided
- Passion and a genuine interest in hospitality
