We are looking for Senior Support Workers to join our Care Home Berkeley Gardens in Pemberton, Wigan.
Berkeley Gardens is a specialist care home which provides person centred, rehabilitative care services for people aged 18 years and above who may have mental health, complex needs and/or acquired brain injury.
We are looking for people to work in senior positions over the site.
This is an exciting opportunity for people who have the skills and enthusiasm to support people living in our home with their rehabilitation plans, care plans and making every day a good day.
The job role is varied and interesting and includes tasks such as the dispensing of medications, leading a shift, supervision of junior staff, documentation and ensuring the people living in our service have an excellent quality of life.
Our unit is highly staffed to ensure people living in the home are able to access the community, trips out and have quality time with our staff team.
We run on high staffing levels that ensure staff are supported and have time to complete their roles in a supportive environment.
You will be fully supported by a skilled team of support workers, nurses, clinical leads and home manager.
The company offers external Care Home Assistant Practitioner courses to senior support staff, that you will be able to join to increase your skills as a senior member of staff.

Previous care experience is required for this position.
We are recruiting for full time Night Shifts, to include alternate weekends.
Hours/shifts to be confirmed upon interview.
