Senior Support Worker
Day shifts: 7.45am-8.15pm. Night shifts: 7.45pm-8.15am.
3 or 4 shifts per week to include alternate weekends.

We are looking for Senior Support Workers to join our Specialist Care Home Berkeley Gardens in Pemberton, Wigan.
We provide person centred, rehabilitative care services for people aged 18 years and above who may have mental health, complex needs and/or acquired brain injury and we are looking for people to work in senior positions over the site.
The job role is varied and interesting and includes tasks such as the dispensing of medications, leading a shift, supervision of junior staff, documentation and ensuring the people living in our home have an excellent quality of life.
Our units are highly staffed to ensure people living in the home are able to access the community, trips out and have quality time with our staff team.
We run on high staffing levels that ensures staff are supported and have time to complete their roles in a supportive environment. You will be fully supported by a skilled team of support workers and home manager.
The company offers external Care Home Assistant Practitioner courses to senior support staff, that you will be able to join to increase your skills as a senior member of staff.
