We are looking to recruit a Quality Lead to work within Berkeley Gardens Specialist Care Home. This role is to drive quality in the home and lead on people achieving their goals within their bespoke care. We are looking for a person who has the motivation and positive attitude to drive forward outstanding care and community connections in the home. The role will be supported by a team of home manager, clinical lead nurses, staff nurses, support staff and activity team. The home has a large staff team and is rated Good with CQC.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the manager with the quality in the home.
- Creative thinking and ideas for improvements in the home.
- Supporting the manager to make the units outstanding.
- Supporting the management team with home action plans.
- Understanding CQC compliance and standards.
- Audit and compliance within the home.
- Overseeing a person-centred environment.
- Having a positive, cheerful, person-centred attitude.

- Working with the staff team in a professional and positive manner.

- Leading on the home's Committee work.

The role will work closely with the home manager, company quality lead and lead the activity team. The role will be supported by the company quality team in joining the other homes within Cuerden Care together. We are looking for someone who has new innovative ideas, who can drive a team and can work in a manner that supports and teaches the staff team. Approx. 35 hours per week to include some weekend working.
