We are looking for a registered nurse to join our management team as a Clinical Nurse Lead at our Specialist Care Centre Berkeley Park in Wigan. We are looking for a person who is clinically skilled, professional, positive and cheerful and who has the skills to manage a team alongside the home manager. The Care Centre supports people with a variety of conditions and specializes in mental health, brain injury, dementia and complex health needs. Cuerden Care homes offer over 250 specialist beds within the north west and specialise within complex care. The company is a family company that supports staff and has an excellent retention rate of qualified staff and management.
Responsibilities
- The role includes the overseeing of units, ensuring people are safeguarded from harm, clinical audit and action plans, managing a staff team, supporting the home manager in the day to day running of the service and working as part of an excellent staff team.
