We are looking for a Bank Nurse to join our fantastic team at Berkeley Village. We have a skilled nurse team made up of RMNs, RGNs, and RNLDs and are looking for someone else to join our team.
Our service supports people with Complex Mental Health needs and Neurological conditions, and we are looking for someone who would like to work in this sector. This is an exciting opportunity for people who have the skills and enthusiasm to support individuals living on our site with their rehabilitation plans and making every day a good day.
The job role is varied and interesting and includes tasks such as:
- Managing the units
- Documentation
- Leading on rehabilitation
- Management of junior staff
- Ensuring the people living in our home have an excellent quality of life
Our units are highly staffed to ensure people living in the home can access the community, enjoy trips out, and have quality time with our staff team. We run on high staffing levels that ensure staff are supported and have time to complete their roles in a supportive environment. Our high staffing levels will give you, as the nurse, the time to do the job you trained to do.
You will be fully supported by a skilled team of support workers, nurses, clinical leads, and the home manager. Cuerden Care is a family company that supports and values our employees, and you will be joining a skilled, welcoming, and experienced team.
