We are also continuing to evolve our platform with new products and features, creating a huge opportunity to shape how we go to market.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who wants to take full ownership of the function, someone who is excited by the opportunity to define strategy, get into the detail, and drive real commercial impact. You will have the autonomy to shape how marketing works at Cue, from positioning and brand through to demand generation, pipeline, and growth.
You’ll be joining a team that is ambitious, moving quickly, and focused on building something meaningful with the opportunity to make a visible impact on the business as we scale into new markets. If you’re someone who enjoys operating both strategically and hands-on, and you want to play a key role in taking a SaaS business to its next stage of growth, this is that opportunity.
Experience:
- Proven experience driving pipeline growth and customer acquisition in a B2B SaaS or scale-up environment
- A track record of owning and delivering against demand generation targets (MQLs, pipeline, revenue contribution)
- Deep expertise in at least one core growth channel (e.g. paid media, SEO, or demand generation) with a strong understanding of how the full funnel connects
- Hands-on experience managing and optimising paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and/or scaling organic growth through SEO and content
- Strong analytical capability, with experience using data to drive decisions across CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Experience owning and managing a marketing budget, with a focus on efficiency and return on investment
- Experience working closely with Sales teams (SDRs/AEs) to align on pipeline targets, lead quality, and conversion
- Experience leading and developing a marketing team or function, ideally in a high-growth environment
- Experience in product marketing within SaaS, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
- Exposure to international markets (UK preferred) and operating in competitive environments
Key Responsibilities:
- As Head of Marketing, you will take full ownership of the marketing function, with a clear focus on driving pipeline and revenue growth.
- You will own and deliver against marketing pipeline and MQL targets, ensuring consistent, high-quality lead generation.
- Define and execute Cue’s go-to-market strategy, aligning brand, product marketing, and demand generation.
- Build, optimise, and scale paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive efficient customer growth.
- Own and improve organic growth (SEO, content, website performance) to increase inbound demand and conversion.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure strong alignment on ICP, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
- Establish clear attribution and reporting frameworks, linking marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Continuously test and optimise the funnel through A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analysis.
- Identify and scale new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of spend across channels.
- Lead and develop the marketing function, building a team and operating model that can scale with the business.
- Oversee website and conversion optimisation, ensuring a high-performing and user-friendly digital experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen positioning, messaging, and product marketing.
- Regularly report on performance, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
The perks:
