This role is hands-on and delivery focused. You will work closely with producers and internal teams, translating client goals into practical production plans and supporting clients throughout the life of their projects. You will bring care, organisation, and good judgement to your work, helping maintain strong client relationships and reliable delivery across all accounts. Success in this role comes from calm delivery, clear communication, and clients feeling supported and confident in the work being delivered.

- Act as a point of reassurance and escalation for the Account Manager.
- Sense check decisions, messaging, and approaches to client situations.
- Contribute ideas to improve how client work is run as the team grows.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working directly with clients, enjoys keeping projects moving, and takes pride in delivering work properly. You will be organised, calm under pressure, and confident communicating with both clients and internal teams. You donβt need to have all the answers, but you should be able to sense check situations, ask the right questions, and follow things through to completion. If you love podcasts, enjoy working with clients, bringing ideas to life and seeing projects through from start to finish, you will fit in well here. We are a small, hands-on team that values clear communication, good judgement, and taking ownership of the work.
