We are currently looking for a HGV Technician in our Lewisham Depot.

  • Servicing & Inspections: Performing routine maintenance, safety checks, and preparing vehicles for MOTs.
  • Diagnostics: Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults in engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Repairs: Carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs, from minor fixes to major component replacements.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all work meets DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) and manufacturer standards.
  • Documentation: Completing service records and maintenance reports accurately.
  • Breakdowns: Responding to roadside emergencies, sometimes as a mobile technician.

Must hold a current HGV license with CPC and Tachograph.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: £20.00-£21.45 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
