The Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Artworker to bring our brand stories to life across digital, print, packaging, and in-store environments. This role will be part of our in-house creative team, working closely with marketing, ecommerce, trade and product to ensure everything we produce is considered, consistent, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support on creative campaigns, asset creation and instore creative across our 2 brands. Opportunity for growth within the team.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity of CuddleCo and its partner brands across all touchpoints with the Creative Team Lead.
  • Rollout creative across different formats and mediums including for listing assets, campaigns and instore POS.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and ecommerce to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual assets.
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent design that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our audience.
  • Manage your own creative workflow, deadlines and priorities to ensure timely delivery, supported by the Creative Team Lead.
  • Support creative rollout for trade shows, retailer presentations and product packaging where needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a creative/design role.
  • A good portfolio showcasing brand focused design across digital. Print experience would be good but not required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects experience would be good but not required.
  • Image retouching experience using Photoshop.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a strong sense of layout, typography and colour.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
