We Are Recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care within clients' homes.
  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support clients with mobility and safe moving and handling procedures.
  • Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration needs.
  • Administer or prompt medication in line with training and care plans.
  • Carry out light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and support community engagement where required.
  • Accurately record care provided and report any changes in health or wellbeing.
  • Follow care plans, risk assessments, safeguarding procedures, and company policies at all times.
