As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in a supported living environment within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting with mobility and physical activity
- Monitoring and recording health conditions
- Engaging with service users to provide emotional support and companionship, as well as helping them maintain their home
- Assisting with meals and hydration
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment
- For Support Workers – administering medication
This is an agency-based role where you will have the ability to work in different locations.
