The Role
Youβll be responsible for leading a well-established children's home, ensuring every young person receives safe, nurturing and therapeutic care within a stable, child-centred environment.
Youβll work closely with senior leaders to develop your team, drive quality improvements and achieve positive Ofsted outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Overall operational management of the home.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Lead safeguarding practice.
- Recruit, mentor and develop staff.
- Manage rotas, budgets and occupancy.
- Oversee care planning and risk management.
- Build excellent relationships with commissioners and professionals.
- Prepare for inspections.
