About the Role
We’re looking for compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing team across care home services. As a Cucumber Recruitment Nurse, you’ll deliver safe, effective, person‑centred clinical care to residents with a wide range of nursing needs — including dementia, frailty, long‑term conditions, neurological conditions, and palliative/end‑of‑life support. You’ll work as a key clinical leader on shift, supporting care teams, liaising with families and external professionals, and ensuring exceptional standards of nursing practice are upheld at all times. What You’ll Do
- Clinical Care
- Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care
- Complete clinical observations, wound care, catheter care, PEG management, infection control, and monitoring of long‑term conditions
- Respond promptly to clinical emergencies or changes in condition
- Medication Management
- Administer medications safely in line with NMC standards
- Maintain accurate MAR documentation
- Support ordering, storage, auditing, and disposal of medicines
