You'll be leading a small, community-based residential service that already has strong foundations, an experienced team and long-standing residents, giving you the opportunity to focus on leadership, quality and continuous improvement.

If you're an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge, or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step into your first registered position, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Service

The service is a registered nine-bed residential home currently supporting eight adults with complex needs.

The people supported have lived within the service for many years, creating a settled, welcoming environment where meaningful relationships have been built with staff and the local community.

You'll be joining a service that benefits from

  • A stable and experienced staff team.
  • An established Team Leader with approximately 15 years’ service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, maintaining high standards and creating positive outcomes.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and day-to-day management of the service.

Working closely with your Regional Manager, you'll ensure the home continues to provide safe, effective and person-centred care whilst maintaining full regulatory compliance and supporting the continued development of your team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where visibility, approachability and leading by example are essential.

Key Responsibilities
