Key Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care and support to individuals in care homes and residential settings.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Help with meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence while building trusting relationships with clients.
- Record and report on the well‑being of individuals, ensuring all care plans are followed accurately.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
