About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a vital leadership role within care teams, ensuring high standards of care are delivered consistently. You'll support service users with daily living activities, administer medication, and mentor junior staff. Promotion of dignity, independence, and wellbeing and supporting service users with their daily living needs is key to this role. You'll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in residential and nursing settings.
