About this role: As our Senior Billing Analyst, you\’ll ensure our billing operations are accurate, efficient, and compliant. You\’ll analyze billing data, identify trends, and optimize processes to support our success and enhance customer experience. This role requires occasional presence at our Exeter headquarters. What you\’ll do: Billing Process Management: Oversee end-to-end billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for broadband, wireless, and telecom services. Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities. Dispute Resolution: Resolve billing disputes collaboratively with customer service and sales teams. Compliance & Best Practices: Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. IT Collaboration: Work with IT to optimize billing systems and resolve issues. Revenue Assurance & Reporting: Generate reports on revenue, billing accuracy, and financial metrics. Audit & Regulatory Support: Support audits and regulatory reviews with documentation and explanations. Process Improvement: Develop and implement new billing policies and procedures. Requirements: Experience in billing, revenue assurance, or financial analysis, preferably in telecom or broadband. Knowledge of telecom billing systems, CDRs, rating, and invoicing. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics tools. Experience working with financial teams on revenue assurance and reporting. Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Understanding of FCA, OFCOM, and other telecom regulations.
