Như các bạn đã biết, môi trường đóng vai trò quan trọng bậc nhất đối với đời sống của muôn loài. Môi trường cho chúng ta nơi ở để sinh sống, dưỡng chất để tồn tại và nguồn sinh khí để phát triển. Thế nhưng, cả thế giới hiện đang phải đối mặt với những vấn đề nghiêm trọng liên quan đến ô nhiễm môi trường. Những tác động bên ngoài từ nhiều phía đã và đang gây tổn hại đến nguồn sống của chúng ta, trong đó có môi trường nước. Ô nhiễm nước kéo theo nhiều hệ lụy rất nguy hiểm đến tương lai của chúng ta và của các thế hệ sau. Đó là điều mà chúng ta không thể làm ngơ.
Chính vì lẽ đó, với sứ mệnh của mình, tôi và các bạn – những CTV ưu tú sẽ cùng nhau trở thành BIỆT ĐỘI HẢI ÂU – SEAGULL SQUAD. Mang trên mình đôi cánh của loài chim báo bão, chúng ta có trách nhiệm tham gia tổ chức các hoạt động hướng về môi trường biển trong khuôn khổ SEA TO SEA 2016, cũng như sát cánh cùng toàn dân trên công cuộc gìn giữ những giá trị tốt đẹp mà thiên nhiên mang lại. Tinh thần, nhiệt huyết và sức trẻ của các bạn sẽ là dòng huyết mạch giữ cho ngọn lửa của SEA TO SEA 2016 – ngọn lửa gửi gắm những thông điệp và mong muốn tốt đẹp – luôn bùng cháy và lan tỏa.
Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm các chú hải âu:
- Là sinh viên các trường đại học trên địa bàn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
- Có sức trẻ, đam mê và ngọn lửa trách nhiệm cao
- Yêu thiên nhiên, yêu biển cả; sẵn lòng tuyên truyền, đóng góp công sức vào chiến dịch gìn giữ nguồn nước sạch
- Sẵn sàng đối phó với áp lực, dũng cảm vượt qua thử thách chông gai để phát huy tối đa tiềm năng của bản thân
- Cam kết đi đến chặng cuối cùng của SEA TO SEA 2016 (tháng 11)
Đợt tuyển CTV bao gồm 6 team chính:
- THE LIAISON – Giao liên
- THE REPORTER – Phóng viên
- THE SUPPLIER – Hậu cần
- THE ENGINEER – Kĩ thuật
- THE SUPPORTER – Văn nghệ
- THE DECODER – Dịch mã

Quyền lợi của các bạn khi chính thức tham gia cùng CiCi:
- Làm việc trong môi trường năng động, tính tương tác cao, có cơ hội khám phá, học hỏi và phát triển các khả năng của bản thân.
- Trau dồi các kĩ năng mềm cần thiết: làm việc nhóm, quản lý thời gian, kĩ năng giao tiếp….
- Mở rộng mối quan hệ với nhau cũng như với nhiều sinh viên trong và ngoài trường, các mạnh thường quân đồng hành cùng chương trình.
