Cubitts Hampstead is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in our London store, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales through KPI-focused operations and a pristine visual presentation.
You will coach and develop colleagues, champion Cubitts Academy and Made to Measure, maintain stock and merchandising standards, act as brand ambassador, and support the Store Manager to grow the business and nurture a positive, inclusive culture.
