Location: London (On-site across Cubitt House estate, with flex for strategy days)

We’re looking for someone who’s not just filling roles — but creating careers, elevating the candidate journey, and building lasting relationships inside and outside our walls.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment across our beautiful pubs and group functions
- Headhunting top talent and building a strong pipeline for the future
- Partnering with GMs and People teams to shape what great looks like
- Building relationships with universities, launching our gap year and apprenticeship programmes
- Owning the candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
- Driving team retention, employer brand, and culture through smart strategy
- Managing skilled worker sponsorship and right-to-work processes
- Supporting structured onboarding and 30/60/90-day retention initiatives
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 4+ years’ senior experience in recruitment or talent, ideally in hospitality/lifestyle brands
- Knows how to source hard-to-find talent and build magnetic employer brands
- Is passionate about people, process, and experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced, people-first business with big ambitions
