We’re looking for a Supervisor to join the team at The Builders Arms, our much-loved Chelsea pub just off the King’s Road. This iconic neighbourhood destination is known for its warm atmosphere, stylish interiors, and exceptional British dining. As a Floor Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the day. You’ll lead by example, support the management team, and help deliver the high standards of hospitality that make Cubitt House special.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead by example, delivering warm and attentive hospitality to every guest.
- Support and motivate the team to maintain Cubitt House’s high service standards.
- Assist with training, opening/closing procedures, and day‑to‑day organisation.
- Work closely with the management team to maximise guest satisfaction and team performance.
