We’relookingfor a Runner to join the team at one of our Cubitt House Pubs. As a Runner,you’llbe the vital link between the kitchen andfront-of-house, ensuring that dishes reach guests quickly, safely, and inperfect condition.You’llsupport both the serving and kitchen teams,helping create a smooth, seamless dining experience that reflects CubittHouse’shigh standards.
KeyResponsibilities
- Deliver food and drinks promptlyand accurately from the kitchen to the dining area.
- Assistthe serving team toensure guests receive attentive and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness andorganisation of service areas.
- Support the kitchen andfront-of-house teams asrequiredduring service.
- Ensure compliance with health,safety, and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to a positive,team-oriented atmosphere in the pub.
Skills& Experience
- Previousexperience in ahospitality or fast-paced environment is preferred but not essential.
- Energetic, reliable, and able towork efficiently under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communicationskills.
- Friendly, approachable, andguest-focused attitude.
- Ability to move quickly andsafely around a busy restaurant environment.
- Full eligibility to work in theUK.
