- Level 2 – Commis Chef: Ideal for individuals beginning their kitchen career, focusing on core food preparation, kitchen operations, and foundational culinary techniques.
- Level 3 – Chef de Partie: Designed for chefs stepping into more responsibility, developing section management, advanced cookery skills, and operational confidence.
- Level 4 – Senior Culinary Chef: For team members progressing toward senior roles such as Junior Sous or Sous Chef, strengthening leadership, business awareness, menu development, and kitchen operational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in structured learning and assessments as part of your qualification.
- Apply new culinary skills and knowledge during day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Support your section and contribute to high standards of food preparation and service.
