Bar Back - £ /hour OTE (including Tronc)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Barback to join the bar team at one of our Cubitt House Pubs.
As a Barback, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the bar team, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands‑on position perfect for someone eager to learn, work at pace, and be part of a high‑energy, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support bartenders during service by keeping the bar fully stocked and organised.
- Replenish glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and back‑of‑house areas.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including deliveries and stock rotation.
- Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold Cubitt House standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Skills & Experience
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
