We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at The Builders Arms, Chelsea. Our pubs are known for their warm, welcoming atmospheres and menus that celebrate the best of seasonal British produce. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the pub. You’ll lead by example on the floor, motivate and develop the team, and ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience in line with Cubitt House standards.
