We’re currently seeking an experienced Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a warm, stylish and seasonal environment.

About the Role

As Head Waiter, you’ll:

• Lead by example and support your team in providing knowledgeable and attentive service
• Liaise between the kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth and timely service
• Upsell menus and drinks with confidence and professionalism
• Manage section flow, table planning and guest communication
• Support training and development of junior staff

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year’s experience in a senior waiter or head waiter position
• A genuine love of food, wine, and great service
• Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills
• Immaculate personal presentation and punctuality
• Experience in a premium or high-volume restaurant is a plus
