Cubitt House’s pride and joy, The Alfred Tennyson, has an exciting second floor restaurant redesign coming in April called Alfies. We are looking for a Head Waiter to spearhead this exciting new venture for our restaurant in the heart of Knightsbridge led by our incredible General Manager Tulio. The restaurant will be doing fine table service including filleting fish tableside, flambéing, etc.

Who we are looking for?
- A positive attitude, looking to enjoy their work and the products we offer and the team they work with.
- At least 2 years experience as a Head Waiter or Chef De Rang.
- Luxury/high-end restaurant background.
- Ambition; we will train, listen and support any team member at Cubitt House.
