We’re looking for a Head Bartender to join the team at The Princess Royal, our celebrated pub and dining room in the heart of Notting Hill. With two exquisite bars, Mediterranean flair, a focus on sustainability, and regular supplier events – this is a dream role for a bartender with talent, taste, and ambition.
The Role
As Head Bartender, you'll be the face of the bar, curating drinks, setting standards, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve exceptional cocktails, wines, and premium spirits
- Support the Bar Manager with day-to-day running of service
- Train, mentor, and lead the bar team to deliver best-in-class hospitality
- Keep stock, hygiene, and prep systems immaculate and efficient
- Bring energy, creativity, and product knowledge to every shift
- Engage with guests and help make the bar a true destination
