Cubitt House is a collection of independent, beautifully designed, food-led pubs in some of London’s most iconic neighbourhoods. With elegant interiors, seasonal British menus, and a strong drinks ethos, we pride ourselves on warm hospitality and memorable experiences.
We’re looking for a Head Bartender to join the team at The Princess Royal, our celebrated pub and dining room in the heart of Notting Hill. With two exquisite bars, Mediterranean flair, a focus on sustainability, and regular supplier events – this is a dream role for a bartender with talent, taste, and ambition.
The Role
- Craft and serve exceptional cocktails, wines, and premium spirits
- Support the Bar Manager with day-to-day running of service
- Train, mentor, and lead the bar team to deliver best-in-class hospitality
- Keep stock, hygiene, and prep systems immaculate and efficient
- Bring energy, creativity, and product knowledge to every shift
- Engage with guests and help make the bar a true destination
