The Role

We are looking for an outstanding General Manager to lead The Princess Royal, one of Notting Hill’s most loved pubs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on creating a brilliant atmosphere, building strong teams, and delivering consistently high standards. You will take full ownership of the business — from guest experience and team culture to commercial performance and operational excellence.
