Are you looking for an exciting gap year experience that combines work, learning, and fun in the heart of London?
Cubitt House is offering a 4-month Gap Year Programme where you’ll gain hands-on hospitality experience in our collection of eight boutique pubs, bars, and restaurants across the city.
About the Programme
Dates: September 2025 – January 2026
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (rotational shifts)
Locations: Across our stunning London pubs, including Notting Hill, Belgravia, Marylebone, Chelsea, and Mayfair
You will:
Work across front-of-house and bar teams , learning the ropes of premium London hospitality.
Support events, private dining, and seasonal activations over the busy autumn and festive period .
Gain insight into kitchen, bar, and guest experience operations .
Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from our experienced managers.
