Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail?
We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Supervisor to support the front-of-house team at The Thomas Cubitt, our flagship pub in the heart of Belgravia.
Part of the independent Cubitt House collection, The Thomas Cubitt blends classic British charm with modern, food-led service. With its loyal local following, elegant brasserie dining rooms and beautifully curated guest experience, it’s one of London’s most iconic pubs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example during busy services, ensuring smooth floor operations.
- Supervise, coach and support junior waiters and runners.
- Be a key point of contact for guests, ensuring every experience exceeds expectations.
- Oversee floor plans, pacing and covers with confidence and precision.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar and management teams.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within premium hospitality.
