We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join a stylish, high-performing establishment in the heart of Chelsea. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the floor, developing a team and delivering warm, polished service in a busy restaurant environment.

The Role

As Floor Manager, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day service and ensuring every guest receives a consistently excellent experience. You will work closely with the General Manager and wider management team to maintain high standards, support the development of the front‑of‑house team and help create a positive, professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading busy lunch and dinner services
  • Supporting, coaching and motivating the front‑of‑house team
  • Ensuring consistently high standards of service
  • Managing guest feedback calmly and professionally
  • Maintaining a strong presence on the floor
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams
  • Helping to drive sales and commercial performance
  • Ensuring health, safety and licensing standards are maintained
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor in a quality restaurant
  • Is confident leading a team during busy service
  • Has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Leads by example and remains calm under pressure
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Communicates clearly and builds positive working relationships
  • Enjoys developing and supporting others
  • Brings warmth, energy and professionalism to the role
