The Role

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen team at The Coach Makers Arms, one of Marylebone’s most vibrant destinations. Known for its seasonally led menus, relaxed atmosphere, and stylish setting, The Coach Makers Arms is a much-loved part of the Cubitt House collection of boutique London pubs. As Chef de Partie, you’ll take charge of your own section, working with fresh, seasonal British ingredients to deliver exceptional dishes that uphold our Cubitt House standards. You’ll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, supporting the smooth running of the kitchen and contributing to a positive, professional team culture.
