Inspired by master architect Thomas Cubitt, we honour London’s heritage by creating vibrant spaces that feel both elegant and welcoming. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic part-time Bartender to join the team at The Princess Royal in Notting Hill, a much-loved neighbourhood pub known for its characterful interiors, vibrant atmosphere, and excellent food and drink offering. As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of the pub, delivering outstanding drinks and warm, personable service. You’ll take pride in your craft, engage confidently with guests, and work closely with the wider team to create a welcoming and memorable experience for everyone who visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging bar service at all times.
  • Build rapport with guests and create a lively, welcoming bar atmosphere.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
  • Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well stocked throughout service.
  • Work collaboratively with the front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Uphold Cubitt House standards of quality, hospitality, and presentation.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy pub or bar environment preferred.
  • Passion for drinks, hospitality, and guest interaction.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confident, personable, and professional approach to service.
  • Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team.
