The Role
We’re looking for a Bar Manager to join the team at Cubitt House. As a Bar Manager, you’ll lead the bar team to deliver exceptional drinks experiences, ensuring every cocktail, pint, and premium serve meets Cubitt House’s high standards. You’ll oversee operations, champion innovation, and create a welcoming atmosphere where guests return time and again.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team to deliver world‑class service.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including stock management, rota planning, and service efficiency.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all drinks, from classic cocktails to premium spirits and craft beers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain strong relationships and source the best ingredients and products.
- Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and manage costs effectively.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, licensing, and hygiene standards.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar supervisor in a high‑quality hospitality environment.
