- Level 2 – Hospitality Team Member: Ideal for individuals beginning their career in hospitality, focusing on core service skills and guest experience.
- Level 3 – Hospitality Supervisor: Designed for those stepping into leadership responsibilities, developing supervisory capability and operational confidence.
- Level 4 – Hospitality Manager: For team members progressing towards management roles, strengthening leadership, business awareness, and operational strategy.
