Inspired by master architect Thomas Cubitt, we honour London’s heritage by creating vibrant spaces that feel both elegant and welcoming. Our pubs blend British craftsmanship with a sense of community, partnering with the finest artisans and producers to deliver exceptional experiences.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the front-of-house team at The Barley Mow, our beautifully restored Mayfair pub and restaurant. Renowned for its elegant interiors, lively atmosphere, and menus that celebrate the best of seasonal British produce, The Barley Mow combines timeless charm with contemporary dining in the heart of London. As a Waiter/Waitress, you’ll be the face of the pub, creating memorable experiences for our guests through warm, attentive service. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to deliver the highest standards while enjoying a lively, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional table service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Guide guests through the menu and drinks list, offering recommendations when needed.
  • Ensure every guest feels welcomed, looked after, and valued.
  • Work as part of a close-knit team to keep service smooth and efficient.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest care.

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or pub setting preferred.
