We’re looking for Head Waiters / Head Waitresses to join Cubitt House. As a Head Waiter / Head Waitress, you’ll be a key leader on the floor, delivering warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest while supporting the management team in driving exceptional service standards. You’ll help create memorable dining experiences, leading by example to ensure each visit exceeds expectations and reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
- Lead and support the front‑of‑house team throughout service.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
